🤔 Reflection question
After completing CTN, what new awareness do you have for yourself (ME) and your community (WE) and what is one action you might take to continue to explore it?
Albin's Answer
The #CTN has aided me in enhancing my communication skills and fostering a professional rapport with my colleagues. If individuals make an effort to enhance their self-awareness and knowledge of their surroundings, they can continue to expand and refine their abilities, knowledge, and potential to bring about positive change in the world.

🤔 Reflection question
How might the prototype & test stage help you with overcoming a fear of failure or challenging your assumptions about what is ‘right’?
Albin's Answer
Creating prototypes and testing them out can effectively tackle the fear of failure and challenge assumptions. This process involves breaking down the project into smaller steps, which helps reduce overwhelm and allows mistakes to be corrected along the way. Prototyping and testing also allow gathering feedback from target audiences, which can help identify incorrect assumptions and make necessary adjustments. By embracing a culture of experimentation and iteration, rather than striving for perfectionism, the fear of failure can be overcome and continuous improvement can be achieved. Overall, the prototype and test stage offers a safe space for learning from mistakes and improving products or services.

🤔 Reflection question
How might you explain the value of you having a systems-thinking mindset when attempting to define and understand a complex problem?
Albin's Answer
When dealing with complex problems, I tried to keep moving with solutions and goals. which might assist me in resolving the issue in a positive way. Keep your faith. Positive thinking has been shown to help progress. It helps us to actively deal with our problems if we stick to our plans and keep a positive attitude. In my opinion, the Holistic approach is a way to investigate the factors and interactions that influence a potential outcome known as systems thinking.

When we listen to each other's lived experiences, we can use empathy when working in teams. It will help us communicate more effectively and improve our understanding of one another.
