After completing CTN, what new awareness do you have for yourself (ME) and your community (WE) and what is one action you might take to continue to explore it?
Anchalo's Answer
Experience with CTN has had such a positive impact in my perspective and approach towards in the community. By shifting my focus from "ME" to "WE," I have to developed a greater sense of empathy and awareness towards the challenges faced by those around me, which is an essential quality for any leader or agent of change. CTN's emphasis on deep research and comprehensive analysis has undoubtedly equipped you with valuable skills in problem-solving and critical thinking, which will serve me well in any future endeavors me pursue. Moreover, by engaging with CTN's community and collaborating with like-minded individuals, I have also developed important social and networking skills that will prove useful in building meaningful connections and relationships in the future.

The "Joy of Work" workshop was a highly informative and engaging online event that delved into various strategies for effectively managing work-related stress. Participants gained valuable insights on setting healthy boundaries, prioritizing self-care, and creating a positive work culture. The workshop shed light on the significant impact of workplace culture on employee well-being and productivity, and provided practical tips on fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. By equipping participants with these valuable skills, the "Joy of Work" workshop empowered them to enhance their job satisfaction, well-being, and overall quality of life. It was truly an enlightening experience that will undoubtedly benefit participants in their professional and personal lives.

When publicly sharing ideas, it's important to have a clear and concise message that resonates with the audience. Being authentic and true to ourself is also crucial, as people are more likely to engage with ideas that come from a genuine place. Feedback and criticism should be welcomed as opportunities for growth and improvement, rather than discouragement. By considering these factors, publicly expressing your ideas can be a powerful tool for creating change and gaining support for your endeavors.

How might the prototype & test stage help you with overcoming a fear of failure or challenging your assumptions about what is ‘right’?

The prototype is very simple to understand what we are doing like, the way that we did our protype is very interesting. We all came up with different points and we discussed and sort out the points made by each members.

Well, ideation session are well place to share our different thoughts, perspectives and opinions. All members are well cooperated to share their ideas and all others are listen others while talking. So, I believe ideation section help me to develop my active listening skills not only me but also our entire group members.

How might you explain the value of you having a systems-thinking mindset when attempting to define and understand a complex problem?

System thinking is crucial to comprehending a complex problem. Understanding the different points of view, empathic viewpoints, barriers, impediments, and new potential growth on the positive side opens the horizon to looking at the difficult issue in detail, which will assist to solve it quickly.

In this Empathy Map, I think like older people, like, how they think, how they do, how they face it and so on. So it helps me to find a lot of information's and I truly believe that, it would help me to working with on our CTN Innovation Team.

The Mobius Strip activity was nice and awesome for me, and I enjoyed it a lot. My loop is connected to the current social issues, my strengths, and my weaknesses that I need to improve.

We find out a lot of good qualities and weakness of our group by thinking and discussing about it. This thing I find it very interesting and it helps me to know my group members more about them.
