After completing CTN, what new awareness do you have for yourself (ME) and your community (WE) and what is one action you might take to continue to explore it?
Rohan's Answer
After completing CTN, I learned a lot of skills which includes, Improved Communication, creatively solving problems and how to efficiently formulate and respect the ideas of others in a group work etc. In overall CTN was a great experiance for and helped me in taking initiative to be a change maker who can confidently build sustainable plans for the society.

What did you learn about publicly sharing your ideas that you will carry with you in your future of work?
Rohan's Answer
Through sharing our ideas with others, we can receive valuable feedback and perspectives that can help us refine and improve our thinking. Additionally, public speaking and presenting ideas can help us develop our communication and interpersonal skills, which are valuable in many professional settings. The ability to effectively share our ideas in a professional and respectful manner is a skill that we carry with us into our future and can greatly impact our personal and professional success.

How might the prototype & test stage help you with overcoming a fear of failure or challenging your assumptions about what is ‘right’?
Rohan's Answer
As a result of this stage, we are able to overcome our fear of failure by being able to visualize the plan in its many stages in a way that is easily recognizable. It has not challenged my assumptions about "what's right", but it has challenged my initial thought that most seniors are interested in learning technology skills. The services that advocate for seniors' technology and service provider fees could also be beneficial to them, as well.

What session inspired you the most during Changemaker in Residency Week, and why?
Rohan's Answer
During the course of the Joy of Work, students learned how to reduce stress at work, establish boundaries, and prioritize their own health and well-being as well as how to control work-related stress. In addition to understanding how to promote a positive workplace culture, we have also discovered that workplace culture has a significant impact on employee productivity and well-being. In general, the "Joy of Work" session appears to have given participants useful insights into work-life balance and the workplace that they can use in order to enhance their overall quality of life, their feeling of well-being, and their satisfaction at work.

How might ideation help you develop your active listening skills to brainstorm and reflect on ideas effectively with your team?

This is a great way to foster innovation and creativity on our team, as it allows us to brainstorm and reflect effectively while also fostering active listening skills. Asking open-ended questions, directing participants to participate actively, helping to build on ideas, and providing feedback are all great ways to facilitate innovation and creativity on our team.

How might you explain the value of you having a systems-thinking mindset when attempting to define and understand a complex problem?
Rohan's Answer
I think this mindset can be very beneficial for anyone who is trying to define a complex problem as it allows you to see the big picture and to develop holistic solutions that take into consideration each one of the interdependent factors in order to evaluate the problem holistically as a whole.

After learning about how to empathize with the people affected by your SDG’s social issue, how you might apply empathy to working with the members on your CTN Innovation Team?
Rohan's Answer
Empathy means the ability understand another persons thoughts and feelings in a situation from their point of view rather than ours. while working with the our team members we can consider in getting involved with the understanding and considering the perspectives, needs and challenges. I can also ally empathy by listening carefully to the team members, imagining ourselves in the position where we are dealing with, by using the empathy map, by being flexible and also by working collaboratively.

What did you personally learn about the process of creating your team canvass?
Rohan's Answer
Our groups name is Vision. Our motive is to create a positive future for everyone. I really enjoy working together on common goal in team. Through working as a team I learn about the different roles played by each member as a group and different ideas and strategies on promoting well being.

After completing the Mobius Strip exercise, what do you feel are next steps towards contributing to the community you care about?

I believe my next steps after completing the mobius strips are to setup some specific goals and time frame to identify and tackle the most important wants.
