🤔 Reflection question
What did you learn about publicly sharing your ideas that you will carry with you in your future of work?
Kavindu Elroy's Answer
presenting our idea in a public forum, gave us a confidence boost that there are like minded people in the community that we can collaborate with to build and share ideas. The feedback from sharing would always be crucial to understanding the impact of our ideas.

🤔 Reflection question
How might the prototype & test stage help you with overcoming a fear of failure or challenging your assumptions about what is ‘right’?
Kavindu Elroy's Answer
going through the prototype &test stage helped us realize that even in failure we get to rule out what works and what needs more work, so it boils down to see how practical our project is and we get to look at it from a lens of the consumer and how our work impacts them.

🤔 Reflection question
After learning about how to empathize with the people affected by your SDG’s social issue, how you might apply empathy to working with the members on your CTN Innovation Team?
Kavindu Elroy's Answer
Empathy mapping was crucial in deciphering the pain points of the task at hand and it also brought in different perspectives to the problem from the SGD's end as a whole and also from individual contributors , being able to comprehend an actor's emotions and feelings about the situation was a great way to build on an effective recommendation to combat climate change by bringing awareness about sustainable food practices
