    After completing CTN, what new awareness do you have for yourself (ME) and your community (WE) and what is one action you might take to continue to explore it?

    If you communicate and co-ordinate everyone, you will get what you and your team wants . You can get to know more deeply yourself through this activity . To continue exploring it we can develop our system thinking capability that the individual is a part of community and community is part of individual.

    Sharing ideas allows you to broaden your reach with your network of connections. It help them gain an in-depth knowledge that they can apply in other work related tasks.

    Empathy allows leaders to conect with their team members and respond effectively to their needs by providing motivation,support, and comfort in times of distress.
