    🤔 Reflection question

After completing CTN, what new awareness do you have for yourself (ME) and your community (WE) and what is one action you might take to continue to explore it?

    Kinjal's Answer

I have gained new awareness for myself (ME) and my community (WE). I have learned to view complex problems through a systems-thinking lens, enabling me to identify underlying patterns, interconnections, and potential solutions. For my community (WE), I have come to appreciate the power of collaboration and the strength that arises from diverse perspectives. I recognize the value of inclusive dialogue and how it contributes to more innovative and comprehensive problem-solving. One action I might take to continue exploring these newfound insights is to actively engage in cross-disciplinary discussions and collaborations. By seeking out opportunities to work with individuals from different backgrounds and fields, I can apply my systems-thinking approach and active listening skills to contribute meaningfully to a wide range of conversations and projects.

    🤔 Reflection question

What did you learn about publicly sharing your ideas that you will carry with you in your future of work?

    Kinjal's Answer

Sharing ideas publicly exposes them to diverse perspectives and feedback. This input can help refine your ideas, uncover blind spots, and lead to improved outcomes. In my future of work, these lessons can guide you in effectively sharing your ideas, engaging in meaningful conversations, and making a positive impact within your chosen field.

    Kinjal's Answer

the prototype and test stage provides a structured framework for embracing failure as a pathway to growth and improvement. It encourages you to challenge your assumptions, learn from mistakes, and develop a more resilient and adaptable approach to problem-solving.

    🤔 Reflection question

How might ideation help you develop your active listening skills to brainstorm and reflect on ideas effectively with your team?

    Kinjal's Answer

Ideation, the process of generating and developing creative ideas, can significantly enhance your active listening skills and improve your ability to brainstorm and reflect on ideas effectively with your team. You're exposed to a variety of viewpoints and suggestions from your team members. Actively listening to these diverse perspectives helps you become more open-minded and receptive to different ideas, even if they initially seem unconventional.

    🤔 Reflection question

How might you explain the value of you having a systems-thinking mindset when attempting to define and understand a complex problem?

    Kinjal's Answer

Having a systems-thinking mindset is incredibly valuable when defining and understanding a complex problem because it allows you to view the issue as part of a larger interconnected web rather than in isolation. This approach acknowledges that problems rarely exist in a vacuum, and their causes and effects are often influenced by a multitude of interrelated factors

    🤔 Reflection question

After learning about how to empathize with the people affected by your SDG’s social issue, how you might apply empathy to working with the members on your CTN Innovation Team?

    Kinjal's Answer

Practice active listening by paying full attention to team members when they speak. Take the time to understand the needs, concerns, and goals of your team members. Ask open-ended questions to encourage them to express themselves fully. Recognize that everyone has their own unique backgrounds, strengths, and weaknesses. Be patient and supportive when team members face difficulties or make mistakes.

    🤔 Reflection question

What did you personally learn about the process of creating your team canvass?

    Kinjal's Answer

During the process of constructing the team canvas, I learned more about the team members' skills, limitations, personal aspirations, and strategies for issue solutions. Another thing I learned is that it is critical to grasp the situation and what your contributions as a changemaker may be.
