    🤔 Reflection question

How might the prototype & test stage help you with overcoming a fear of failure or challenging your assumptions about what is ‘right’?

    Roshan's Answer

The two stages, prototype and testing are the major stages to check the possible result of the implementation. They help to overcome a fear of failure as prototype is a design and we can replicate it as a final product and test its functionalities.

    🤔 Reflection question

After completing CTN, what new awareness do you have for yourself (ME) and your community (WE) and what is one action you might take to continue to explore it?

    Roshan's Answer

ME is WE, it's all about teamwork. You put your efforts, ideas, and innovations while others should respect those efforts, ideas, and innovations. If you collaborate and understand everyone, you will get what you and your team needed. To continue exploring it, we can develop our system-thinking capability and create an environment where your small actions are impactful.

    🤔 Reflection question

How might ideation help you develop your active listening skills to brainstorm and reflect on ideas effectively with your team?

    Roshan's Answer

Ideation is about innovation and while generating and developing creative ideas, you develop your communication skills, empathy, reflective thinking, and conflict resolution. When creativity is being demonstrated then we start to think from different perspectives such as What If or What Might Be.

    🤔 Reflection question

After learning about how to empathize with the people affected by your SDG’s social issue, how you might apply empathy to working with the members on your CTN Innovation Team?

    Roshan's Answer

I came to understand EMPATHY as a skill and a tool to build a relationship with either team members or your audiences. Learning how to empathize with people has helped me to collaborate and share ideas and opinions with my team members. It has changed my thinking sight of how one should co-operate in a team and what his/her importance is. When empathizing with someone, you understand their pains & gains, and how they have been analyzing your behavior.

    🤔 Reflection question

What did you personally learn about the process of creating your team canvass?

    Roshan's Answer

During the process of creating the team canvas, I got to know more about the team members such as their strengths, weaknesses, their personal goals, and plans for solving the problem. The other thing that I gained is it is necessary to understand the scenario and what your contributions can be as a changemaker.

    🤔 Reflection question

After completing the Mobius Strip exercise, what do you feel are next steps towards contributing to the community you care about?

    Roshan's Answer

I think the next steps are creating an image or outline of what tasks are important and need to be done so that contributions to the community can be made. Prior discussions and data collections are the first step to start on.
